The kit includes a complete set of 7 ZAP™ pads; 1 circular crown pad (NSN 8470-01-546-9415), 2 trapezoid pads (NSN 8470-01-546-9407), 4 oblong pads (NSN 8470-01-546-9356), 18 Velcro® hook disks, 6 alcohol wipes and an illustrated instruction manual (Kit replaces previous Hook Kit).
